An unlimited sushi festival is returning to NYC this September

Sushi-Con 2025 will return to New York City for two days on September 6 and 7 at Metropolitan Pavilion. The event will expand due to its previous popularity, having over 1,700 attendees last year. Guests can enjoy unlimited sushi tastings including premium fish varieties like salmon, yellowtail, and bluefin tuna. Attendees will also experience a tuna-cutting demonstration performed by chefs from top sushi restaurants, where they will expertly cut a 400-pound bluefin tuna. Additionally, the event will feature Wagyu beef and other Japanese specialties.
