Hinton describes Cuomo's conduct as emblematic of the old way of doing business in City Hall, contrasting it with the leadership of Queens assemblyman Zohran Mamdani.
Hinton's claims add to the ongoing civil harassment charges against Cuomo, highlighting the accusations from two of the eleven women who have reported wrongdoing.
