Kevin Crosby, 49, was arrested for manslaughter and driving under the influence following a high-speed crash in Harlem that killed 28-year-old Darly Zacarias. He continued driving, hitting a police car, which then collided with a parked vehicle. Zacarias was pronounced dead at the hospital, while another cyclist was critically injured.
