The Fiber Broadband Association (FBA) announced at Fiber Connect 2025 that eight North American network operators have received the All Fiber Certification for their fiber optic infrastructure. This certification denotes a commitment to deploying fiber optics in at least 90% of a network, demonstrating a shift toward sustainable, high-performance broadband networks. CEO Gary Bolton emphasized the role of fiber in fostering community innovation and resilience, praising the certified operators for their leadership in enhancing broadband access essential for future generations.
"Fiber is the essential infrastructure for a connected future, powering the innovation, opportunity, and resilience communities need to thrive," said Gary Bolton.
"The growing number of All Fiber Certified operators reflects a strong, deliberate move toward more sustainable, high-performance networks."
"We applaud these organizations for leading the way and ensuring their communities have access to broadband that will serve generations to come."
