15th Annual "Caregivers Count" Conference 2025 (Campbell)

The three-part conference is scheduled for three consecutive Saturdays from 10 AM to 12 PM PST, starting on September 6, 2025, with online sessions on the first two dates. The first session, led by Barry J. Jacobs, PsyD and Julia L. Mayer, PsyD, covers caregiver concerns regarding transitions. The second session, presented by Vanessa Souza, LCSW, addresses how to tailor care approaches. The final session will be in-person and includes two panel discussions about technology's role in care transitions, emphasizing digital tools and in-home care solutions.
