Chef Tucker Ricchio, a San Jose native and winner of Gordon Ramsay's Next Level Chef, has departed from her newly launched restaurant in Campbell. Despite the split, the restaurant continues to operate with new menu items under a chef de cuisine. Initially receiving rave reviews for its exquisite dishes, customer feedback turned mixed after Tucker's exit. Co-owners are working to improve service issues and plan to introduce a cocktail hour and bring back brunch following a successful initial run.
The restaurant remains open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday, with a chef de cuisine at the helm and new items on the menu.
Customers heaped praise on the chef's signature dishes like Seared Scallops and Brown Butter Hummus, impressing both diners and Gordon Ramsay.
In the future, we have set up our preparation system to address those shortages we experienced in the past.
We have plans to introduce a cocktail hour from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday with drink specials and a new bar bites menu.
