The platform supports customers across five continents, has moved over 3 million products, and handles more than EUR 20m GMV annually. The role is a founding Sales and Growth Manager based in Berlin responsible for owning revenue, qualifying leads, closing deals end-to-end, and building the first GTM playbook including outreach, content, referrals, and pipeline management. The role partners with the founder on product and marketing alignment, represents the company at international trade shows, owns pipeline reporting, and will hire and coach a scaling sales team.
