In a collaborative project with Architectural Digest, interior designer and Feng Shui expert Julie Khuu analyzed Jerry Seinfeld's iconic Upper West Side apartment. Her redesign aimed to improve space efficiency and energy flow across the various interconnected areas including the dining, office, living room, entryway, kitchen, and bedroom. Khuu's insights highlighted how thoughtful layout adjustments could enhance the functionality of the apartment, while still respecting its cultural significance in sitcom history. She expressed particular satisfaction with the bedroom's layout for its minimalism and purposeful arrangement.
Khuu started with the dining area before moving on to the office space, the living room, the entryway, and the kitchen, which, like many New York City apartments, are all in the same space.
There's not a whole lot that I would change in this bedroom, but I wanna talk about all of the things that are working in this space. I love that the bed is in a command position.
