A coroner expressed concerns regarding whether the life of cerebral palsy patient John Ioannou could have been saved after he was found dead at his assisted living complex.

Grace Wolstenholme highlighted the dangers of misinformation, stating, 'There's a lot of bad people on social media, so you do need to check the facts.' She experienced distress over a death hoax that misrepresented her condition, leading to significant personal and professional impact.

I can't believe what they're putting people through, she said. [I'm] just a law-abiding person, who has never broken the law in my life. I've always tried to do things by the book.

"Everybody was trying to tell the police, no, no. Those four officers didn't care. They didn't ask what was happening, what was the situation."
