The Throwing Knife with the Penetrator augment became massively overpowered by boosting critical-hit chance, and attempted nerfs repeatedly malfunctioned, producing weaker and inconsistent effects.

A bug now allows the Penetrator augment on the Crit Knife to stack up to 90% critical hit chance, nearly restoring its pre-nerf power.
