Argentina President Javier Milei will deliver a speech about fiscal discipline, personal responsibility, and slashing government spending at CPAC Mar-a-Lago this week after receiving a $40 billion bailout from President Donald Trump. The Conservative Political Action Conference announced on Monday that Milei would be a featured speaker at the 2025 CPAC Circle Retreat and Gala, taking place November 4-7, 2025 at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort, less than a month after the president approved a massive financial bailout for Argentina's libertarian government.
