The biggest travel mistake flight attendants see isn't what people wear, but what they don't. It's always cold on airplanes, particularly next to the window.

Due to the very high sodium content, I always avoid drinking Mr&Mrs T/bloody mary mix and tomato juice. High sodium food and drinks could quickly make passengers feel dehydrated, particularly if they're on a long-haul flight.
