Rockstar Games has removed a fan-made mission simulating the assassination of Charlie Kirk from its popular online crime sim Grand Theft Auto Online, with the publisher even banning the conservative activist's name to prevent similar missions from appearing. As reported by IGN, developer Rockstar North introduced a new feature in the A Safehouse in the Hills update on December 10, allowing GTA Online players to create and share unofficial missions within the game.
In GTA Online, press "Esc" on PC or "Options" on controller to open the Pause Menu From here, go to the "Online" tab, select "Rockstar Creator," and then end your current session This brings you into Creator Mode, and here you can select the option to "Create A Mission" or create a number of different modes If you want to solely use the Mission Creator, though, select "Create A Mission"
The new weekly update for Grand Theft Auto Online adds festive content, free gifts, discounts, and popular holiday modes. Rockstar Games also confirms snow will arrive in Los Santos later in the month. The holidays arrive in Los Santos with several returning modes players can participate in. These festive limited-time modes include GTA Online's Yeti Hunt, The Gooch, Weazel Plaza Shootout, and Snowball Fights. Additionally, players can expect snowy weather conditions to arrive later in the month.
