The ex-husband of former first lady Jill Biden was charged in his wife's murder on Tuesday, more than a month after she was found dead on her living room floor in their Delaware home. Linda Stevenson, 64, had been found unresponsive in the living room in late December by police responding to a domestic dispute call and was pronounced dead, authorities said at the time.
Police found Linda Stevenson, 64, unresponsive in the living room around 11:16 p.m. Sunday and immediately administered life-saving measures, the New Castle County Division of Police said in a statement.
