The program is designed as a third space for neurodivergent people, emphasizing the lack of available safe environments for expression and creativity in unconventional ways.

The Ace Makerspace Woodworking and Metalworking experience includes a one-hour certification class that covers shop etiquette, safe tool use, and space sharing guidelines.

Ace Makerspace will showcase local artists and host guided tours, live demonstrations, and a market of Ace-made goods during East Bay Open Studios.
