Barcelona were wasteful, and very unlucky, but on any other day, they get the result after generating as much offense as they did against Real Sociedad. A total of 23 shots, with 9 on target for the Blaugrana, compared to 5 shots and 4 on target for La Real. It's almost hard to believe all the calls that didn't go their way. Fermin Lopez had a decisive finish ruled out. Lamine Yamal made a very alert play for a goal that was disallowed for the tightest of tight offside calls, followed by a penalty that was chalked off for another offside in the build up.
It's clearly a foul on Daniel. It's a foul, it isn't given and the goal stands. The yellow card for Daniel is just a joke - when you look at the incident back, it's poor. We feel a bit aggrieved because of that.
Rangers head coach Danny Rohl says it is "difficult to understand" why Celtic's Auston Trusty was not sent off in Sunday's League Cup semi-final for a "dangerous" challenge. The defender's foot appeared to catch Rangers goalkeeper Jack Butland in the head as Rohl's side trailed 1-0. The head coach did not want to comment on Trusty's challenge immediately after the game, preferring to praise his players despite their 3-1 loss in extra time.
