I reflected on the dozens of new releases I tried throughout this year, compiling a list of the 14 best liquors of 2025. Many are expensive; I have noted those that were exceptionally pricey. Many are also extremely rare, so the likelihood of finding them today may be on the secondary market. However, I found the quality and pedigree of each is worth it.
