Above all, we have to play for PSG in order to win matches. If we play as individuals on the pitch, it won't work, we won't win the titles we want. Last season, we put the club before everything else, before thinking about ourselves. We have to rediscover that, especially in these matches. We know we're in the second half of the season. And Paris Saint-Germain has to come first, not individual players.
When the players had the feeling that the right group is in camp, that they knew their role, why they are in camp, what is expected of them, and they had the feeling that the tournament could even go on for another four weeks and they would be happy to be together, then they were successful.

I'm happy to have this team, but I'm a little concerned about the noises I hear around the team and the individual prizes given to players, because football is a team sport. You have to be ready to work as a team, prizes don't interest me. It's different because there's a lot of recognition [this season]. I don't want to talk about the past, but about the future. Fewer prizes and more concentration, that's what we want.
