Eddie Huang is doing a Chinese-meets-Greek restaurant pop-up in NYC
Briefly

Eddie Huang, known for his diverse roles in food and entertainment, returns to the Lower East Side for a summer-long culinary residency at The Flower Shop. The residency, named Gazebo, runs from June to September and is inspired by Huang's unique blend of traditional Chinese cooking with Greek olive oil sourced from his wife's family. Huang's menu features influences from his global culinary experiences, offering dishes that reinvent familiar flavors and showcase his innovative approach to ingredient use.
At home, I use the olive oil from Natashia's family field in Greece to reimagine Chinese food that's usually made with high heat oils.
The pop-up will run on select dates from June until September, showcasing Huang's culinary experimentations with traditional Chinese dishes and olive oil.
