"Creators today aren't just looking for high-volume brand deals. They're building their own media empires. Underscore is uniquely positioned to support that vision, helping creators think long-term about ownership, IP, and sustainable growth."
Underscore Talent promoted Nadi Filsoof from talent manager to partner; he will continue overseeing creators including Phaith Montoya, Charly Jordan, Lindsay Brewer and Jesse Metcalfe. Filsoof will oversee content strategies, brand partnerships and IP development and report to co-CEOs Dan Weinstein and Reza Izad. Filsoof’s background includes roles at UTA, ICM Partners, Fathom Events and Mattel, and he has brokered deals with Ralph Lauren, Nike and Mastercard. Underscore launched Shorthand Studios as a digital production and distribution arm and hired former BuzzFeed producer Zack Evans as VP, Creative Strategy to lead social media management and content strategy for public personalities.
