By enforcing a rule to only watch television while exercising on an exercise bike, a person has been able to cycle for about six hours per week. Watching sports while working out has transformed the routine into a pleasure rather than a chore. This method has resulted in burning approximately 500 calories during two-hour sessions. The fitness gains have improved mental health and reduced anxiety about going to the gym. Enjoyment of exercise has increased, alongside satisfaction from post-exercise muscle aches.
By combining watching sports with exercising on my bike, I cycle roughly six hours a week and burn about 500 calories in a two-hour session.
