A car veered off the road in Bohmte, Germany, hitting a seven-year-old boy on a trampoline before crashing into a barn roof. The vehicle first collided with a parked car, broke through a hedge, and entered a garden where the boy was located. The driver, a 42-year-old man, and his wife suffered serious injuries, while their two sons and a 13-year-old passenger sustained minor injuries. Emergency responders, including firefighters, ambulances, and rescue helicopters, were dispatched to the scene to assist with the incident investigation.
The car first collided with a parked vehicle in Bohmte, broke through a hedge and drove into a garden where it hit a boy on a trampoline.
The car was apparently catapulted into the air and ended up crashing into the roof of a neighbouring barn about three metres off the ground.
The boy was seriously injured in the incident, and the driver, a 42-year-old man, was also seriously injured with his wife.
Dozens of firefighters, as well as ambulances and rescue helicopters, were deployed in response to the incident.
