Police are investigating a stabbing incident that occurred on July 23 at Waterline Square on the Upper West Side, where a 16-year-old boy sustained multiple slash wounds. The attack took place around 10:46 p.m. as the victim was in the stairwell with a female companion. Four assailants chased him into the lobby and inflicted injuries on his back, shoulder, and wrist. He was taken to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital and is in stable condition. The suspects fled the scene, and a knife was recovered during the investigation.
