Matt Kaeberlein spent much of his life feeling healthy despite a typical American diet, infrequent exercise discipline, and minimal attention to sleep. In 2023 he left a university professorship to found Optispan, a healthcare technology company aimed at expanding access to proactive healthcare and longevity practices.
