Essex Police made the arrest at another protest outside The Bell Hotel in High Road today (July 17). The man will be taken into custody after he was detained on suspicion of affray following reports of an assault near the pub on July 13.

"Prosecutor Jacinta Stringer said that having reviewed the CCTV, the Crown would offer no evidence if Power agreed to an undertaking, a legally binding promise to the court."
