An elderly couple had a miraculous escape after their car overturned in a smash near Lord's Cricket Ground on Sunday. The grey vehicle's occupants a 92-year-old man and a woman in her 80s were freed from the wreckage. One patient was taken to a major trauma centre as a priority and the other to a nearby hospital where they both remain. Roads are closed causing chaos for crowds making their way to the stadium for The Hundred women's and men's finals.
