A 72-year-old woman was found dead in her house in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Emergency services arrived after concerns for her welfare were raised but she was found deceased at approximately 6.50pm.

Rachel Booth, a 38-year-old mother, was last seen buying milk and wine at a petrol station in Northwich, Cheshire, early Saturday morning. Surveillance footage captured her at around 3.50am at a nearby garage, indicating she may have traveled to the Oakmere area of Delamere after that. Police are increasingly concerned for her welfare and are conducting thorough searches using underwater units at Delamere Lake.

"It was shocking to see the CCTV footage. They were with their daughter but they're not ashamed. They weren't booked and they just came and said they needed something to eat so we happily showed them a table."
