OAKLAND - One man was killed and another man was wounded early Friday in a shooting in the San Antonio district of East Oakland, authorities said. No information was immediately released about either man. The shooting happened about 3:15 a.m. in the 1600 block of Solano Way. Police did not release details about what led up to the shooting. The man killed was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The victim was on a Manhattan-bound Q train rumbling into the Church Ave. subway stop in Flatbush at around 6:30 a.m. when another commuter confronted him.
