Toronto police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting at an east end commercial plaza over the weekend. Police say 43-year-old Paulin Harusha died at the scene despite attempts by emergency responders to save his life. Harusha was found inside a vehicle with gunshot wounds, according to a statement from police. The shooting happened in a plaza near Victoria Park Avenue and Sheppard Avenue East close to midnight on Saturday.

Two men were fatally shot in a Cerritos park early Sunday morning, with witnesses reporting that a hail of gunfire had erupted, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said in a news release. ANTIOCH Police on Tuesday arrested a man in connection with a fatal shooting over the weekend in Antioch. The suspect, identified as 37-year-old Vallejo resident Jesus Soto, was taken into custody in Stockton, Antioch police Lt. William Whitaker said in a news release. The arrest came a day after authorities served a search warrant at a home in Vallejo. Evidence related to the fatal shooting was collected from the home and a vehicle, Whitaker said.
