The lamp is built from pretty humble materials: sisal rope, plaster, concrete, and steel rods. Nothing fancy there, but Nishimoto's approach to working with these materials is where things get interesting and unexpectedly organic.

The design team wants the audience to feel fully surrounded by the stage settings and not just by the techno music. 'It was natural for us to try to surround people with light and scenography along with the music,' he tells designboom.

This isn't your typical adjustable lamp that creaks and groans every time you try to position it differently. The Ovo moves like a graceful seesaw, creating this almost meditative experience every time you interact with it.

The Cube One Table Lamp represents a harmonious blend of modular engineering, sustainable production, and aesthetic versatility, appealing to various design advocates and eco-conscious consumers.
