On Monday, the German athletic company said it is creating a new structure in the division to include product creation, innovation, go-to-market as well as brand marketing. Puma noted that the move is aimed at enabling "stronger and more consistent" storytelling for its products. As a result of this move, Maria Valdes, who was previously chief product officer, will become chief brand officer to oversee this new organization at the management board level.

We've had to make the very difficult decision to eliminate some roles across Audible. Colleagues in the US whose roles were impacted have already been notified; across other global hubs, affected employees are having discussions with their HR teams, following local processes. We are handling all transitions with care and respect. I want to thank all those impacted for their hard work and dedication to Audible and to our customers.

We want to operate the world's largest startup at our size - that has not been done before. It is hard to do, but it is doable.
