The U.S. Department of State recently increased its travel advisory to a Level 2 for the country of Grenada, recommending Americans "exercise increased caution" when heading there. At least 23 people have been killed in a fire at a popular nightclub in the Indian resort city of Goa, according to chief minister Pramod Sawant and media reports. Several tourists were among the dead in the fire, which broke out at about midnight on Sunday at a club in Arpora in the North Goa district, the Press Trust of India reported, citing officials.
