A Rehoboth man faces charges for sexually exploiting four girls aged 12 to 16, involving child sexual abuse material.
Alexis Servin claims that the county Department of Children and Family Services should have known the toddler's father, Alfredo Muñoz Jr., and stepmother, Kelly Muñoz, presented an "extreme and foreseeable danger." The couple were charged with felony abuse of two children in November 2021.

According to the lawsuit, filed in San Diego County Superior Court, Arabella McCormack endured starvation and torture at the hands of her adoptive family before her death in 2022.
