It's astounding to think that a single hot dog cart turned into Costco's iconic food court. The food court has developed a cult-like following thanks to great deals on pizza, hot dogs, sandwiches, and more. There have been a fair amount of changes to its menu over the years with some items disappearing for good after only a brief stint.

In our list, we noted that the Steak Diane and Herb Crusted Salmon cost just $28.95, which was a total steal considering the steak itself was listed for the same price, and the salmon alone cost $27.95. Essentially, you were getting two nearly-$30 entrees for the price of one. Additionally, with a calorie count of around 1,730, it was a large possibility that you'd have leftovers, making for yet another meal for under $30.

This summer, Pizza Oliva, which had been in operation for 23 years, was sold to a local couple, Karina Rosselli and Jonathan Waite, and renamed after their dog, Ellie. In the month since it changed hands, Ellie's Pizzeria has changed the chicken wings recipe, added new menu items, created a 12-flavor hand-scooped ice cream counter and generated a perfect 5-star rating with more than 100 reviews on Google.

Humm was committed, however, and set out to showcase vegan recipes while keeping sustainability at the forefront of his kitchen.

Despite the initial huge lines of people and cars, the menu appears to have been greatly condensed, with significant items like the Epic Bacon removed.

Chef Tom Colicchio is transitioning Craft's menu from family-style to a la carte as he seeks to respond to diners' evolving preferences post-pandemic.
