Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to come forward. Any person, including road users and pedestrians, who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and who was travelling in the area between 11:00pm on Monday 7th and 2:00am on Tuesday 8th July, is asked to make it available to investigating Gardaí.

Detective Constable Stephanie Knight stated, 'We have released this image today with the hope that someone will recognise this man. If you do, you must let us know who he is.'

The RSPCA is appealing for information after a dog was found hanging from a tree on the River Thames, and believes someone may have witnessed suspicious activity.

A teenager from Dagenham is among three arrested after a fatal crash in Buckhurst Hill on Christmas Eve. Emergency services were called to Palmerston Road just after 7.30am, where a woman in her 60s tragically died at the scene. The road was closed for hours during the investigation, and police arrested a 20-year-old man from Loughton, a 17-year-old boy from Dagenham, and a 16-year-old boy from Chingford, suspected of serious driving offences.
