Friends remembered Spillman as supportive and caring, someone who built family wherever she went. 'Very sweet. She always was supporting me, family and friends everyone,' said Theresa Jenny Cabanag, a friend of Spillman's.

The video shows the victim walking from the rear to the front of the suspect vehicle as it sits straddling the sidewalk, attempting to pull out from a driveway onto the street. This appears to have been some sort of confrontation, and the driver appears to accelerate into the victim as he passes in front of the vehicle, knocking him onto the hood and onto the ground before running him over.
The incident occurred when ICE agents attempted to make a 'targeted arrest' on Bigelow Street in Quincy just after 11 a.m. Agents stopped the person's vehicle and exited their own. The person who they pulled over then tried to 'evade arrest' and 'nearly crushed a special agent' with their vehicle.
The incident took place around 11 a.m. as Benicia police attempted to do a traffic stop. The car went off the highway at Westbound 780, rolling over into the bushes, landing between Columbus Parkway and Glen Cove Road. The woman was ejected and alert, and was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, authorities said.
The unidentified victim, believed to be in his 30s, was standing in the westbound lanes of Linden Blvd. at Rockaway Ave. in Brownsville when the driver of a light-colored SUV going west hit him, cops said. That driver had a green light, cops said. A second light-colored SUV, also going west on Linden, then struck the victim as he lay in the roadway, cops said. Neither driver remained at the scene.
The collision happened around 6:20 p.m. on Feb. 20 near Shell Boulevard and Bounty Drive, according to the Foster City Police Department. Officers arrived within minutes and found the e-bicyclist. The driver, however, had already left the scene. Paramedics treated the teen at the scene and took him to an area hospital for additional medical care.
Investigators say the blaze started inside McDermott's townhouse after he reportedly lit small fires throughout the day, telling a friend and witnesses that he was trying to kill spiders inside the residence. Police say McDermott, of East Moriches, New York, ignited a fire on the floor and then stacked a loveseat on top of it. Despite a friend's repeated efforts to put out the flames, McDermott continued to relight them, the man told authorities.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to locate the driver who was believed to be driving a grey/silver saloon with partial registration number 141-D. The collision, involving a car and a pedestrian, occurred at approximately 7.10pm on Ratoath Road, Finglas, Dublin 11. The juvenile male pedestrian, aged in his teens, was brought to Children's Health Ireland at Temple Street for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.
The incident has left the criminal's friend, who was a passenger in the car, in a critical condition and he is currently being treated for his injuries in Beaumont Hospital. A female pedestrian aged in her early 20s, who was struck by the car as she walked on the footpath, is currently being treated at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda. The crash happened on the L5313 at Loreto Wood in Cavan at 6.45pm yesterday and gardai are appealing for witnesses.

Police said Friday they are looking for the driver of a white SUV who struck and critically injured a 71-year-old man in a Brooklyn crosswalk before driving away. NYPD officials said the incident happened just before 6 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Avenue S in Sheepshead Bay. The 71-year-old was crossing Ocean Avenue westbound on Avenue S when the driver hit him while going north on Ocean Avenue, police said.
